Carl Peploe Archive

I'm working with my long time colleague Carl Peploe to archive is amazing art work for posterity and to celebrate his life's work.Carl started making books as a child and continues to produce several books a week, even though recent health issues mean his dexterity and coordination have taken a turn for the worse.

Carl's life is that of someone who is fiercly independent, very funny, gifted and unique. His take on life veers from the camp to the downright tragic - and balances influences from seadside postcards, Viz, Hieronymous Bosch, Ophelia, skinhead culture and the Daily Star
