R-Age

The R-Age project was devised to give creative opportunities to make art and experience the arts and a chance to explore through art their situation, for people living with dementia in St Helens UK. The work was commissioned by Heart of Glass

A film: R-Age A Definition of Love (16mins) was created by Alison Kershaw, Sandra Bouguerch and Another Adele in collaboration with the participants: families and people living with dementia. The film was edited using video, photographs and sound recorded during the project, including discussion between participants of the literature they read in the Book Club Sessions

The second film is Reading R-Age (16:50)

and this film has Adele reading extracts from some of the literature that was introduced to the Book Club - a group of family members of people living with dementia.
